Remember, if you are not familiar with preparing files for a service bureau (like us!), there are a few general guidelines that may bear mentioning. 1) PDF's are pretty safe but "..not all PDF's are not created equal". 2) Low resolution images are generally, not a good idea. 3) Usually WORD and Powerpoint are not great either (for printing files). 4) Source files in ADOBE, COREL or PUBLISHER formats may or may not include the needed links, fonts or compatablitly but, we can talk about this.
